The Cornell Atkinson Indigenous Data Sovereignty cluster is the US land-grant academic anchor for Indigenous Data Sovereignty (IDSov) research and Indigenous-led data infrastructure work. It extends the global IDSov framework (CARE Principles, IEEE 2890-2025, UNDRIP Article 3) into a US institutional academic context, anchored at Cornell University.
