China Shengmu Organic Milk — a major Chinese organic dairy producer with COFCO affiliation — has deployed AI-driven “Digital Identity” infrastructure for individual cows, alongside a “Smart Pasture” platform integrating sensors, satellite remote sensing, and data analytics. The deployment supports pasture management, animal health monitoring, and traceability for high-end desert-region organic dairy. It operates at industrial scale in Inner Mongolia and adjacent regions.
